I'd say somewhere around 42-44. I know of someone who got 2 A+'s (95%) and 1 A+ (100%) and only got 44. So 42-44 seems reasonable.

OK try this hypothetical one (not for a subject in particular and not based on any grade distributions either)

GA 1: 120/150 (A+ cut-off = 120)
GA 2: 200/200 (A+ cut-off assume around 170)
GA 3: 150/150 (A+ cut off = 120)

Essentially what I'm saying is if you got the lowest A+ possible, and then got full marks on the remaining two GAs, what would you be looking at?

if you're saying GA3 as the exam mark then i'm pretty sure you're looking at 45+ easy. 50 actually.

To be more precise, it would depend on the subject as different subjects have different weighting for GA1,GA2 and GA3.

any subject, you get 100% in the exam you're guaranteed 45-50 no doubt especially with sac marks being A+ A+ or even mid year A+. A 100% on end of year exam and a 40-45 would be weird i would think.

For French:

Unit 3: 45/50 (low A+)
Unit 4: 46/50 (low A+)
Exam: mid A - low A+. Didn't do that great in oral today, hope i'll make it up with writing.
Ranking: 2nd or 3rd / 10?

What do you think? I have a feeling that my teacher marks pretty easy, though, so just keep in mind that SACS may be moderated down (though she claims that they generally stay the same, I chose not to believe it.)

Any chance of 35?

so your saying if for my sacs in english i only got 154/200 but for my exam i got 60/60, i would get 45+?

Damo's chucked a sickie, so ill cover. Clearly you fail, and you should just give up now. No hope whatsoever for you im sorry. Your teacher has spoonfed you A+'s. In closing this meeting, i predict that you will receive a 21, and a certificate of participation.
lmao.

 3 low-ass A+ in French = 38 [which usually goes up to 48]

Equal weighting. GA1 = midyear exam, GA2 = SACs, GA3 = endyear exam

Really? What subject? What were the A+ cut-offs?

I know someone who got lowest A+ possible, another A+ and then a high A on endyear and got 41...
