Does anybody know any Materials Engineering students currently studying @Monash?
If so, would it be possible to acquire their contact details (through PM), so that I can ask them some course-specific questions?

I don't know any current Materials Engineering students but it seems like a few VN members are interested in the field this year. ;)

The Materials Engineering students have a club on facebook; MatES. Contact the members or admins on it.

You get to choose your engineering major the second year. The only Materials Engineering subject offered @ first year level is ENG1050 Engineering Materials. :)

nah for a double degree with science, i have to choose my field of engineering in first year :\
so i decided on materials ahahaha
doing ENG1050 in semester two!

okay do let me know!
and no i didn't get the bursary :(
i'm a bit shattered to be honest! i think i will apply for it seeing as it says it has not yet been offered on the scholarship status list
