This should be okay if it is early in the morning - same time. This Friday I can't do though.

Is there anywhere that would work at all for the 29th? We've still got about a week to go, so I guess it's not too late to try... How are those "Smaller Group Study Rooms", Russ?

They can't be booked but at 10am on a saturday during summer break you probably won't have much competition. They're reasonably sized, might be tough to get 10 people in there and still have room for the speaker to speak but they're better than nothing.

There are a fair few of them, so you could split in half I guess and have people deliver their speech twice.

If it's saturday I may or may not turn up to swipe you in, so make sure your speaker is there on time or you can't get past the locked door!

Any nonexpired ID card will work, yes. Just make sure they don't leave it near any magnets

If you arrive and you can't get in, you can always call me and I'll come in just to open it for you, I live ~10 minutes by car
