Just a heads up for those that applied for GU and JCU.

Apparently if you're going to get an official offer tomorrow, the wording on QTAC should now read:

"Griffith University (or James Cook University) has determined that you have satisfied the Minimum Entry Requirements in order to be considered for a place in this course."

I'm not 100% sure that this is correct, but it seems to have happened to last year's applicants too.

Apparently they are released on 1am on the 13th officially if they aren't open earlier like it usually is.

wait since when will qtac offers come out tomorrow?

the website says 1 am brisbane time on thursday...which is like 2 am here.
but that would be amazing if they came out earlier.

Yeah, 1am thur is the official time, but last year (and I think also the year before) offers were out at 8pm the day before.

Hopefully the floods don't affect anything - apparently the QTAC building is on the riverbank..

haha i am going to a conference next week at UQ (funnily enough i will get my VTAC offers while i'm up there while QTAC offers i get down here) and its supposed to flood......
that would also suck if you were up there and couldnt get internet access up there, couldn't get your offers

It says my new offer date for UQ is the 20th :(
I hope offers still go through tomorrow, like they seem to expect (info on the QTAC site).
