Why is it that it only shows the course description with no clearly in information? Am I doing something wrong?

I see that Arts at Melbourne has the clearly in at 88 (although their website says 85), although 15% of offers were under this.
Would they have stretched to the ATAR I received or would those 15% be more about the SEAS applications?
I think I am clutching at straws.
