Frustrated now, I want to choose my subjects but I can't because I have some stupid sanction because I had duplicate accounts due to me accidentally applying through VTAC twice...I'll have to ring UniMelb tomorrow to ask them to fix this one I suppose...

Yeah you can take either if you get the additional offer. Just apply for the irregular offer and continue with accepting the first round offer and if you get the irregular one then you decide.

Well I would do Psychology major or Animal Health so that's already pretty much decided :>
I'm just unsure if I'm cut out for the GAMSAT etc. and I'm not sure I want to do anything else biomed will give me.

Also I'm wondering the same thing about offers - if I haven't accepted Bbmed and if I do apply to Science do I still get to choose between either?  Or do I have to accept Bmed for that to work?  Because then I will get some call from the uni telling me I've enrolled twice.

Per semester, yes.

Throughout the degree, you take a minimum of 4 breadth subjects.  You then have an additional 2 free elective subjects, which you can use on Commerce subjects or on more Breadth subjects.

Basically, you can only take a maximum of 3 breadth subjects that are level 1, and you must take at least 1 breath subject that is level 2 or 3.

Do I really have to contact selection officers before submitting an application for an irregular offer? I'm only considering one other course right now anyway so no need..right?.

To be honest with you I would have chosen science if I didn't like all the subjects in the biomed course (with the exception of maths - which I could take or leave).

Did you like the immunology stuff you did in the VCE? What don't you like about the biomed course?
