most of it seem like an extension of vce physics and spesh? is that basically first year eng?

Yeah, pretty much. The only real subject that is going to test you is ENG1040- dynamics, Im not even sure if you're doing it but its probably the hardest first year unit. The rest only require basic spesh knowledge. maybe ENG1060 computing will be new to you if you haven't done any programming before, but that's about it.
so is there any way for me to skip year 1 eng, because it looks like a waste of time

lol theres no way of you skipping first year. You need a certain number of credit points to actually graduate, so you have to do first year.
cant i just sit the test?

just skip all the lectures, tutes, labs and then show up for the exam LOL
