BComm/LLB Units Confusion

Thanks Andrew! I've been missing for quite a few days now as I'm enjoying my overseas trip I'll be able to tell you whether BComm/Law is worth it at the end of the year

There are too many unit choices. I have no idea what to select.

Yeah same problem as sambhav. I'm accepting Commerce/Law and scratching my head when I look at the units.

On the enrolment page, there are four compulsory Law subjects totalling 24 credit points. We need to select enough subjects to reach a total of 48 credit points over the course of the year.

My problem is: What subjects do I select? And, which faculty should they relate to (do I have to select a minimum number of Commerce subjects etc.)?

If you only have space for 1 law subject, do ILR, because that's a pre-req for just about every single other law subject out there.

Yeah Research and Writing. But that's for semester 2. Have fun with that.

Actually don't worry I just saw the handbook entry for the course. If law has 4 and commerce has 6, does that mean we'll have to do an extra two subjects in one of the semesters because commerce has 6?

no, you normally do 4 subjects per semester.

^ correct, however some are preqs so you better get them done early.
