Oh, burn

It's not that bad.. You just have to understand the content properly is all. I hardly used notes anyway. :)

How easy do you want to get? STA1010 (statistics) is methods level, SCI1020 (statistics) is pre-MM level, MTH1020 (calculus) is essentially specialist, MTH1030 (calculus, requires MTH1020) is essentially enhancement maths. Either of STA1010 and SCI1020 satisfies the math requirement of a BSc at Monash, alternatively you can complete MTH1020/MTH1030 stream to satisfy the requirement (much harder).

is there a calculus of methods level or slightly harder. or Algebra of methods level. Those two are my strong points.

lol my friend told me about this. Yea it's bad luck, but it's boosting the reputation of Monash Maths in Enhancement Studies. TBH I would have paid more attention if they did have that note/calculator disclaimer. But I didn't study at all and relied on them.

I never liked using the calculator tho. Isn't it good, that means the figures have to be neat or solvable? :)

until you end up having to solve -3/19+5/256 by hand, and doubting yourself whether it's right or not because it's not neat, and then it turns out that the RIGHT ANSWER. :(

Can you leave it like that? Or does it always have to be taken all the way? If so, that sucks =\

It just means you have to stop relying on the calculator, it won't kill you.
