Anyone else had problems with Mymonash passwords/whatever

It's been such a massive bitch for me so far, what about everyone else?

I tried to make an account and it kept complaining about the password, it told me to click back and enter another password... i did it about 5 times then it said... i already had an account.

I clicked the "support/help" button... it told me i needed to log in... to submit my problem about logging in.

So i had to call them and have them reset the password, i changed my password to a new one, i just tried to log in now and it didnt work.. :/

Been so fail so far or am i the only unlucky one?

One of my mates got pissed off at the password dictionary detection thing. Surprisingly, 'fuckyou!' is now a valid password.
Probably call them up on monday and force them to stay on the phone until you confirm it's a-okay on your end.

Nah it wasnt the password dictionary thing, my password was all random letters and numbers. Some other problem, similar to the one safari users get or so the website says but i didnt use safari...

It happened to me just now after I changed my pw.
When I logged into Allocate+ this happened
"LOGIN ERROR
Your login details are fine, but you are not known by the system."

EDIT: It's working now =]

once you enrol into your units through WES then it should enable you to log into allocate+

Takes a few hours/days for the systems to synchronize. Be patient. =]

Yeah i got them to reset my password again and i made a new one, now its working fine.

I dont hate it as nearly as much as i thought i did, now anyway.
