I'm going on a tangent, but is the immune system a fairly easy topic to cover on your own? I hear schools rarely finish the course, let alone help students do practise exams.

really? i thought so...
apparently immune systems is easier than the cellular energetics stuff. i dont think itll be that bad but my textbook has so many gross pictures in them of diseases like small pox. i had to cover all the pics with squared colour paper ==

with regards to exam papers, i heard that STAV is pretty bad.

Yeh, most schools won't finish. The immune system can be quite difficult if you look into it too much. None of the textbooks give a complete picture because it's too complex. So it won't fully make sense and most of you will naturally try to go further than what's there, but it's not necessary. Just stay naive, pass the exam with a superficial understanding and leave it until uni to understand the rest :) There's really only a few key concepts they test within it anyway. Just do many practice exams and you'll soon realise what those are (e.g. primary and secondary antibody responses always comes up).

has some bio exams. Under 'Biology Unit 3&4 (2007-2010)", some of the exams were copied twice within the .rar file; the second copy works but the first copy of the exams have errors.
