Hi guys, hope you are enjoying the holidays:) I am really worried about not having enough time to study for year 12 this year. I will have sport around 4 days a week and I am looking for a job which may take up 2 days. I really need the money so there's no chance of me not getting a job. I may be able to cut my sport down to 3 days a week but that only leaves me around 2-3 free days. Even including the free periods I have at school I don't know if that will be enough.
I'm aiming for a 90+ atar. Is this a problem? Do you have any advice or time management tips that may help me?
Thanks:)
That's pretty rough, but it all comes down to how confident you are with your studying capabilities. If you think that using you can achieve a 90+ with two relatively intense extra curricular activities, then you should be okay but personally I'd do everything I can to get out of picking up the part time job.
That said, there's plenty of time that goes to waste everyday in everybody's lives, it's usually not hard to find some extra time to study.

“We are all alone, born alone, die alone, we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way. I do not say lonely -- at least, not all the time -- but essentially, and finally, alone. This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don't see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”
