Did it 3 weeks ago. ;D It's stupid how you can reactivate FB so easily though.. just type in the password, log in the same way you did when it was activated, and done, you're addicted again.

That's why I made one after year 12..
Ancient Persian Proverb; " I Wept because i had no Shoes, until i saw a man with no feet!"

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Facebook supplements socializing and is also a good way of relieving stress. As long as you're disciplined about it, I don't think deactivating it is that necessary.

My stance, anyway.

I agree I think. I never used Facebook much and it wasn't my main use of socialising throughout year 12 but socialising did keep me somewhat happy throughout the year.

Sort of.

Maybe it's time to switch to a different browser.

Lol nahh, if I deactivate it, I'll probably be more inclined to go on :/ I'm just gonna really cut down on it but not totally deactivate it..:)

i think i've deactivated and reactivated it like 20 times now. i give up, i need some program to completely block facebook, deactivating it doesnt really help since it only takes a normal login to reactivate it.. aha

I just gave my password to a reliable friend during year 12, who changed it so I could not access my account, but kept an eye on invites etc for me.

Deactivating is pointless. You can always easily re-activate if you're getting desperate. :P
