When it opens tomorrow, you won't be able to load it/the portal/the study plan properly. Don't complain. This is an important part of the Melbourne Model experience. Watching a blank screen load for several minutes builds character. Don't worry about it, you will be able to edit your timetable eventually.

(also post here your tales of glorious victory over the ISIS system and how happy/furious you are with your timetable)

I will start by posting mine:
happy about having tuesday off and all afternoons off. only 3 9am starts is nice as well but there are a couple of breaks there that aren't so great (monday). But I really love this timetable, my best one yet!

Easiest way is to go here;
https://sis.unimelb.edu.au/cgi-bin/subjects.pl

List all your subjects and they'll all come up in same page.

The only variability I have is in the Thursday 10am tute, which can only go in 1 of 2 spots. The rest are all lectures or lecture "tutes"

Damnit. I have a 1hr lecture, a 2hr lecture, a 2hr seminar and a 2hr workshop one after another on Fridays. That's 10-5:15 with only a 15 minute break in between.

That's not a serious problem: lots of subjects don't have classes added yet. It'll probably be on the system tomorrow morning and even if it isn't, they'll have a way for you to get enrolled in one. Two of my three workshops for this summer weren't on the system either, so we were just streamed into them.

My OB tute isn't up yet either. Must be a management thing.

If all goes to plan, I'll have a 2 hour gap after 12 every day apart from Monday when it's only 1 hour. And since labs are fortnightly, I finish at 12 on Wednesday + Friday.

Also 10am (maybe even 11am since lectures are flexible and I'm lazy/tired/in a complicated relationship with my bed) starts everyday.

...If all goes to plan. But my internet is currently slower than a dead turtle (this is why you're currently reading words and not looking at a pretty colour co-ordinated timetable) plus the study planner is dodgy so I'm not counting on getting what I want.

And damn you psych and your afternoon lectures.

Is there anyway to get it into a 'table' format instead of a list?

^ Well, the tutorial for any given week will generally cover the previous weeks lecture material. For that reason I usuall try and get most of my tutes on monday or tuesday so that I can finish one thing before I start another, so to speak. But it's all up to you, just see what works.
