So I shouldn't even take Calc 1 at all?
OMG HOW CONFUSING.
What should I take if I want to leave the possibility of studying for it open aside from Biol/Chem which I am already doing.  And Physics maybe.

Do Bio, Chem, physics?

Otherwise Bio, Chem, calc 1?

But since you've done a year of arts, I suppose you could apply for advanced standing, get some arts subjects as breadth so you can do 4 sciences each semester this year?  But I'm not sure if you're allowed to do that.

I'm going to the ESPC on Monday to sort out credit stuff so I'm going to ask them then.
Hopefully I will do Biol/Chem/Phys, but I want to ask if I can not count MBB until the end of the year if I want to major in Psych by the end of it.
It's the most confusing question I have ever asked anyone.

Course advisors are your best friend.  :)

And also, just remember that you cannot get credit/successfully complete more than 125 points (10 subjects) of level 1 subjects.

Yep yep yep I know that's what makes it even more confusing.

I was reading about gamsat UK and i had a few questions...

I take it I can sit the gamsat twice this year (im in second year) but can I use EITHER of the scores to get into postgrad med in victoria after I complete my degree??

or is it better to sit the test just for more practice??

and is the knowledge required and the layout exactly like gamsat australia?

thanks

its pretty much the same as the GAMSAT, so it can be used for entry for after third year application. that being, if you are applying for that year (year after finishing your degree), you can only sit the UK GAMSAT once (in second year).
It's also good to do for practice + they usually have similar questions (as I've read)

Bear in mind that the UK version is sat towards the end of the year, which means you won't get the summer holidays to revise and study. I don't really think it's that useful for practice, it's only if you want to try and increase your score over the Australian version.

Yes, but it's not valid for the current admissions cycle because you won't get your results until well after GMAC closes

You can only do it in second year in september if you are wanting to apply for med directly after third year.. You study for it the same way as you do for the normal GAMSAT, that being if you've studied for the first one, you will almost be guaranteed to get a better score on the UK one.. I've read many people saying they have improved by so much just by doing the UK one after, and never read that someone has done worse which says something.
