It was the ratios that had me.... never saw nothing like that in maths quest or I mustve missed it :/

(i'm assuming that's supposed to be a less than sign, not a comma)
Just using inverse normal on your CAS:
-c = invnorm(0.75)
-c=0.6745
therefore c=-0.6745
