I just sent off the form for an ATARNotes.com stall at the VCE expo. I've registered to give a seminar (which will be on Mathematical Methods, for those interested), and was wondering if you guys had any ideas for the stall? I'm thinking of having some freebies as well as pamphlets about the site to give away, but we have until early May to plan this.

I'm also tentatively setting May 6th (opening day of VCE Expo) as the launch date of the book on Methods that I'm writing under the banner of ATARNotes.com, so that will be exciting.

I would love to hear your ideas on how to make the stall awesome :)

print out some notes that people have uploaded. to show what is here. dont give them out obviously, but make it so they can see them and if they want em they can come here and get em?

Appeal to the VCE audience through VN's academic achievements which have been achieved through questions + answers helped out by senior, experienced students (shinny bio, m@tty/Mao chem...etc) in the form of a brochure as stated.

Have a screenshot of the 'NOTES' section and some catchy phrase of how time is saved from you writing your own notes.

"Stressed? No time? Have a read through ATARNote's concise notes created by students who have gone through the VCE like you!"

I dno...I'm bored -.-

Those results aren't credible as they have major sampling and bias errors. I also think people want to see more the quality of the stuff, not so much the results of other people they don't know.

I like the suggestions of various screenshots showcasing the helpfulness of the site :)

Quotes throughout the pamphlet of posts from various forums - 1 from Chemistry, another from English that are from people giving feedback on an essay or explaining a process etc.

And print out the first page of some of the more popular Notes, in order to distribute them and have people visit the site for the rest?

You could probably get a couple of people to turn up to run the stall if you needed them to

Woah - seriously? That would be sick as. In fact that would be like a way for VN'ers to identify themselves. Funny going into a VCE exam and seeing a row of VN'ers doing their exam with their special pen/pacer ::) :P
