How long from payment does a book usually arrive from Book depository?

It varies a lot. I had one arrive in ~6 working days and another that took 20 working days. If you order a textbook from them now, it'll arrive before you really need it.

(someone take my card away from me, I've spent way too much money on that site)

Thanks guys, that isn't too bad I guess considering the book I want is so much cheaper than from the uni bookshop (as well as encompass).

Ok, not really sure as the lecturer didn't really give us any information but for MBB1 and if I want to continue studying psychology in the future, which of these books should I get?

Get Stats and then if you want to do MBB2 you might find Eysenck useful (you will find it useful) but you can just get that second semester.
So for the moment, get Stats.

Can subject readers be sold again after the semester? Or are new ones created for the subject each year?

dunno so ill just put it here:   At the end of the subject, should we sell our txtbooks(e.g chem, biol) or will we need them for reference later on?
