what did people get for 68-70?

D,A,B

DBB

i think the way the sister is bowing and her hand, makes her submissive.

and 62 i think is B

"the presumption of innocence may well be harmed by public assumptions of guilt"

this is counter-beneficial to court cases, because the presumption of innocence is very important. => against the topic of televising criminal trials

62 was a bit iffy with me, I claim B, but it could have well been C or even D. Yes DBB for the last 3

But you don't know how the presumption of innocence will be affected by televised cases. Depending on the amount of evidence and even the behaviour of the defendant, the public could go either way.

but the thing said the "public's assumptions of guilt" => against the presumption of innocence => counter-beneficial to a fair trial.

it is certainly the argument made against showing of UNDERBELLY in Victoria

does anyone know how the gat is actually used. (other than the obvious derived scores...) thnx

it is used for moderation of SAC scores

the GAT is the only state-wide system where everyone is compared to each other, and an accurate indication is important.

in a nutshell, a SAC score in assoc with exam score is compared to other people with similar GAT scores and their relative SAC scores and exam scores. the end result is the moderation of the SAC score to an averaged out "external" score, basically how the state's average SAC was for a particular exam score.

and then there's other stuff [that I dont understand] about it that contributes to it, etc~.
