Scotch Public Transport

Basically my cousin needs to know how to take public transport from Clayton station to school. I tried using metlink and it shows about 3 possible ways to get there. Those that go to Scotch and happen to take public transport on the Pakenham line, could you please tell me which route you take to and from school?
