Seriously, she thinks I can get 7-8/10 for all components. pfft. Always my friend gets C+, but he tries extremely hard and I know his essay are worth at least a B+ -- A. its fucking bs.

If she gives you feedback sheets check what she wants you to improve on or at least go up to her and talk to her about how you can improve your marks. I highly doubt your teacher is deliberately giving you C+'s to piss you off lol.
I would trust a teachers marks over a tutors because tutors have a self interest; if they give you better marks, it makes them look better and makes you more content with their services, thus they keep their employment. Regardless of the marks your teacher gives you, they keep their job lol
