Eh I just got blocked now, I think we need an excemption in order for any ATAR related convo's, he is clearly an exception to the rule.

I think we can live with that restriction. Needing to send more than 20 pms in an hour obviously requires a conversational medium rather than a messaging system like the forum messaging system. There are many IM out there, I'm sure we don't need to provide a list.

However, I do think this thread is mostly useless. So here is the lock. :)

Thanks Mao. Just want to add that no, I can't change the limit, and even if I could I wouldn't for the reasons listed above.
