Just out of curiosity, if the GAT did in fact count for something when universities are deciding placements, would they take into consideration both your GATs over year 11 and 12, the one with the best marks or just that of year 12?

just year 12 since its the year you did those relevant subjects, the year 11 is good for practice though.

It works on the same basis as study scores though, your ranking on the GAT for maths placed you such that you would get a SS of 35, or top 25% or w/e (I can't remember what a 35 is in terms of percentile).

vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

I got 39 in the written part in year 11 and 48 in year 12.  In year 11 I tried to write a structured, reasonable essay; in year 12, I wrote about Human Centipede instead.

Other highlights include beating Kyzoo in the maths/science part both years and beating appianway in every category in year 12 (when it was the other way around in year 11?).  Enough said.

I got like 21 or something on written in year 11, I think they failed me for making jokes about George Clooney mating with thousands of males, much like the Queen Bee.

did you actually write about human centipede? lol
A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.
