Yeah Douchy's podcasts are great! I went to his mid year lecture last year and i felt that it was a bit of a let down. He didnt cover topics in much detail as there wasnt enough time etc, he just went through the major topics briefly. From memory the notes that he gave out were pretty comprhensive. Worth a try, if you like go again unit 4.

For chem i think ill go to Pathways.

Lol. I have started listening to Douchy again - his analogy of CUTing yourself with a pyramid glass to describe pyrimidines is now stuck in my head.

I think thats his best tip! I'll never forget it!

If anything, the more you learn in a lecture, the worse indicator it is of your progress.
Everything should just be revision.
The most i look for in a lecture are like "Tricks" or exam technique..
Not like a copious amount of notes 3 weeks before an exam... which i'll never get through lol

i don't get that tip :S
D:
he tells you to imagine that you CUT yourself on the side of a glass pyramide.
and the pyrimidine bases are Cytosine, Urasil and Thymine - starts with C U T
GET IT!? :D

i also like the wheelbarrow one for NAD and FAD, the owning two pairs of 23 recipe book to describe genome and i think it was the picking up the rubbish thing to describe increasing substrate/enzyme concentration :)

For psychology, Pathways is probably the best: http://www.pathwayseducation.com.au/

The chief assessor Roger Edwards (who also writes the answer sheet and teaches all the assessors how to mark the papers) as well as Ross Down, the writer of the Grivas psych books takes them, so its very helpful both for the content of the course, as well as tips for the exam  :)

EDIT: it's probably 2-3 times cheaper than tsfx and other big companies as well.
