A answered these, but im not sure if i am right or if i answered well enough ;)

1. What is a learning culture? Give 3 suggestions to support the development of a learning culture in an organistaion.
2. Comment on the importance of a strong corporate culture in LSOs
3. Describe the link b/w corporate culture and ethical behavior
4. what changes in corporate culture would you expect when a public sector organisation is privatised
