The "Asian 5" plus "University Enhancement Maths"

Is it remotely possible and to do the "Asian 5" plus "University Enhancement Maths" in one year?

If so how much effort would you allocate each subject in terms of percent (eg CHEM 25%, ENG 30% etc...)

For those who don't know what the Asian 5 is: Asian 5= ENG, SPEC, MMC, PHY, CHEM.

Of course it is possible. Every year students will have subject selections like that and achieve high results.
I dont think you need to be strict with the way you study for your subjects.  Its better if you work on your weakest subject, study ahead for sacs - its pretty much just prioritising what's important then moving onto actual study.

It is possible, you'll just have to be extremely diligent and organized. As for allocation of time that is entirely personal and something only you can decide based on your own strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, the percentage of effort will change during the year anyway due to sacs, mid years, etc. as swarley says

Two general rules
-English should be at least 30% if you want a decent score, it requires a shitload of work and refinement
-Uni maths should have all of about 4% of your time at most, srsly it's all just cramming after you finish your last VCE exam

Gonna claim that the Asian five is nothing near as hard as people say it is. The people that use the term are people who are humanities minded. Likewise I would die if I had to do something like literature, revs, language, philosophy etc
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

My subjects are quite close to the Asian 5 + Uni Enhancement and even though I don't actually study that much, I feel like I'm going okay (besides English- my English is weak by default :P). That said, if you are math/science minded you will definitely be able to cope and make the most of the scaling.

Your lucky with your teacher, last term I had the hardest teachers for Methods and Spec respectively, so I ended up putting in like almost as much work into my maths as I'm putting into bio.

Its gonna be time-consuming to do over one year, but as taiga said, the Asian 5 is over-rated by difficulty, so its definitely possible.
