^ Exam markers can only give a whole number as a mark (i.e. 8, 9, etc.) but the exam is marked at least twice so if one assessor gives you 9 and the other 10 you effectively have a "high 9" although I've never heard that term before.

I thought that would have just been 19/20. There aren't high 9s or low 9s...
