Can we do this during the reading time of the exam?

During the 15 minutes in which students are allowed to read through their math exam, is it possible to use your finger nail to in-dent/ Mark the right multiple choice answer for questions that can be solved mentally? I mean its not by pencil or pen...

You can but if the examiner catches you, GG WP GTFO. Just memorise the answer in your head, it's not that hard.

The point of reading time is to read and do nothing else, LOL.

Don't risk it (unless you're a HK). No point taking the risk of ruining 13 years of learning to get your final exam taken off you by some old dude :(

It's not worth the risk, and it's much easier just to make a mental note of the answers and when writing time starts shade in the boxes immediately

Agreed dude, my friend could've EASILY cheated in his biology exam but didn't, waay to risky.
It is NOT worth the risk at all.

i don't even think it's helpful to do this - you can get through multiple choice in under 10 minutes if you know your calculator back to front

He did some insane amount of practice exams for Further.

re: OP, just remember them. When you go through the questions a second time you'll immediately recognise the right answer.

Just another question: If you have calculators in that particular exam, are you allowed to use the calc in the 15 min reading time?

No..it make it easier to just copy the questions onto your calc, answer it and save it in there come writing time... :P smart, but then you'll cop it :P
