Holidays and Homework

SO overall how would u rate ur holidays? In terms of ur study ofcourse....

For me, i still think i cud have done a lot more cuz i chilled out a bit too much, but i think i needed that chill to get ready for the big final term.

yeh i feel the same way as you ganges i didnt do that much at all but i know when school starts for me on Monday i'll hit my straps and hopefully have a very productive term.

Lucky me I have Monday off = extra procrastination time yay
Yeah lol... let's see what I have to do
1. English - 8 questions about 'the global language' (2 hours max - Saturday)
2. Chemistry - Nanotech powerpoint > 6 slides (4 hours max - Saturday)
3. Chinese - 3 essays, some grammar (3 hours max - Sunday)
4. Revision for methods sac on Tuesday (24 hours min - Sunday/Monday)

I personally believe that holidays are for pursuing extracurricular activities which you don't get to take up during school semesters. Then again, at VCE level there is definitely a huge amount of study that needs to be done as well during the holidays.

That said, being in first year uni I won't be doing any study/school-related work at all during these holidays. Instead, I'm trying to complete the DS games I've queued up all semester, and am also taking up yoga, knitting, keyboard, drums, guitar, cooking, fansubbing, skydiving, icelandic (language), moe drawing etc.

The holidays are not long enough to learn much stuff. Maybe next time.
