"Immediately following the 90-second study period, Dr. Unglik asked the participants to use free recall to say the words they could remember from the word list."

Sorry guys but the solutions are accurate there :(

If you wrote enough for context then you'd probably get the marks.

I personally don't think they'd accept state as they didn't specifically refer to your actual state as a cue, the focus was on the room hence context. However if you appropriately justified state then you could get a mark. Because it says "under the same conditions", so you could say they should be doing their study in a nervous state to match the state they'll be in during the real test.. But the max you could get for talking bout state is 1/2. Full marks needs a mention of context dependent cues I would think.

goodwork with the answers but woulnt question 31 have been better for words at the start of the list only as they had a 90 second interval?
I thought they had 90 seconds to memorise them and were then tested immediately? have I misread the question?

Sam's right; they were immediately tested..which made me choose "words at the end of the list are recalled better than words in the begginning and middle..." (is this wrong??)

edit: oooops sorry didnt read comments abovee

The main thing they're looking for is that it's a language disorder.

I think it'll be a 50/50 for the brain damage bit as to whether they'll be strict on it. It really depends on how many people put what. If a big enough proportion DID write "resulting from brain damage" then it means there's a bigger chance they'll be strict about it. Hopefully for your sake it's only the language part they'll be after.

PM me the exact questions and I could type a couple of them out for you.

Unfortunately I don't have a scanner so I can't put up all the MC questions. The solutions do give you cues though :P to help you remember the question.
