it was kinda chalenging nd the extended was totally unexpected of, bt overall, it was good.. wat bout evryone else?

The first thing I flicked through during reading time was the extended response. Oh god, it was so hard to squeeze out 15 marks. I ended up writing about what Alzheimer's disease was, the temporal lobe, hippocampus, amygdala, amnesia (not sure about that one but I just added it in =[), organic causes of forgetting just as head trauma (tripping over and bumping your head)

The last question about the air traffic controller and change blindness was difficult. I wrote the controller would experience change blindness if there was some sort of visual disruption. My example was so silly, I was in panic mode when I saw that there was only 15 minutes left. "Eg. When the flashing dots are briefly outside the radar, the controller cannot see the location of the air craft, therefore the change had caused blindness."

I spoke to my teacher after the exam, he said it would be if the controller blinked. Wordy questions that only require simple responses caught me off guard. =[

omgg, i done the same, i flicked to the extended respnce as soon as she ssed u cn read... and my brain was like WTH!! hw r u goin to squeeze in 15 marks, bt i managed to write sum decent info, tlked to my teacher after the exam.. nd yaay, gt that traffic controller answer rite, although wen i was writting it, i thought it was a stupid answer..

AD can cause amnesia, so if that was what you wrote then that's good

Do you remember what the second part of that  question was worth?? 1 or 2?

I feel so stupid for not writing the simple word "blink" and instead writing "visual obstruction that doesnt allow the pilot to see the other movement of plane" ... do you think they'll still give me the mark? =(

well if ur lucky they might, coz technically if u think bout it, a blink, cud be broadly called a " visual distraction" i mean it is isnt it, its wen u get distracted... wat do u think?
