I have not done this type of stuff for a long time guys so I cannot guarantee they are all correct.

It's A. I'm pretty sure.
pV= nRt
n = pV/Rt = 62 x 100/ 8.31 x 309.6 = 2.4 ish.
then 2.4/16 x 10 for mole of NaN3 = 1.5 ish.
then 1.5ish x 65 = 97.9g.
