When do results come out?

You'll get a taste of it in your Human Structure subject so decide after that. Dissections are awesome the first time but can get really draining

^anatomy major official? lol of course it is https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2011/!R01-AA-MAJ%2B1018

and don't really need any other prereqs except the human structure lv2 subject, but as you can see from the list you choose 2 from, some have other requirements like if you choose a pathology one from the list, there are level 2 pathology subjects you need to have done first.

oh and Edmund, how did you find those anatomy subjects? were they difficult? they seem fun - dissections!

Vexx, Visceral systems and Locomotor systems include cadaver dissection

i knowwww, but wondering if they were difficult - i might considering doing anatomy major! so far my study plan i've made allows me to do that as a possible major (as well as 6 others xD)

There's heaps to memorise but it's fun I find find hacking into flesh rather relaxing after a long day at uni

In first year bio prac one of the girls held a dead mouse near her ear and kept whispering/stroking it.

Just make sure you dont do anatomy just for the cadaver dissection. There will be heaps to memorize and if you don't keep up you'll fall behind quickly. The dissection makes it way easier to understand where bodyparts lie so it was awesome to have classes like these :p First dissection class we had everyone was so delicate and gentle, and by the last class, the saws, hammers and chisels came out and everyone started taking them apart
