18th July

What do you guys reckon a day off and finish at 5.15 on mon, tues. 4.15 on wed and 1 on friday or  1 on monday,5 on tues,4.15 on wed,11 on thursday 1 on friday..

Point is ,is overloading worth it to get a day off?

I would spread it out over 5 days. Your timetable sound a bit draining as it is, finishing so late and all.

(evil side) You'd get a day off!

Here I was sitting here for the second timetable registration thinking 'wow this is super easy'. Then one of my subjects for tutorial times says 'unavailable' and won't let me pick any tutorials. But i've been on here since 9:45am and no class times became available at all. The rest of my subjects prior to today said that 3-5 more spots would be available on the 18th and I could register for them then, but this particular subject has said the entire time that NO spots are available. >.< Why would they not keep spots free for the second registration? I don't want to have to go all the way in to the student centre, the guy said I might have to change my subject but by now all THOSE class times will probably be full. Grumble. Anyone else ever had this issue?

I've got the same issue. There were 5 calc 2 pracs at the time that I wanted and not a single opening. What time did it open? I was on at 9:45. It seems like it opened really early and everyone stole my spots...

I also don't have ESD2 showing up so I called them and they said it was a problem they knew about it and just to keep refreshing during the day. So I have to sit on my computer all day refreshing my timetable so I get the prac that I want? Not happy.

Well that's great. I assumed it'd be 10 like it usually is. The first year at melbourne facebook page had been saying 10 too

That sucks, because the registration page itself said more classes would be available at 10am, not 9am. Now I have to go all the way in and might have to change a subject and by the time I enroll into a subject I don't even want to do, all THOSE classes will be full. At Monash if a class was full you could just turn up to the tutorial and say everything else was full and they let you stay in it lol.

Okay I just checked and one class became available and I was able to switch a psych lecture to make it work. I'm pretty happy with my timetable. It could have been better but I needed to avoid Tuesday classes because I'm going to miss the first two Tuesdays of the semester because I'm going to Splendour in the Grass.

Eugghh, you got such a good timetable, you can't complain. Adding one pure science subject really screws things up, still, I love my timetable :)

Can anyone see ESD2 on their timetable yet? They are going to be getting a big mouthful if I don't get the prac that I had/wanted. They are apparently re-enrolling everyone in ESD2 meaning that whatever classes you had registered in will be gone.
