Maybe. Depends how it goes. SMF 2.0 is a little different structure-wise. With this huge of a transition... I'm planning for lots of things to go wrong.

Should be good in the sense that if some interstate person comes they'll actually see people doing stuff :)

Why tell us you're going to upgrade at "3 AM Melbourne time" without specifying the day of the week? :D (inb4 thursday morning)

The vagueness was deliberate. We're not yet sure on which day we are going to do it. It might even be next week! Just a general heads up that it's nearly ready to be switched over :P

Definitely Thursday.

edit: to any observers, since I have suggested that the upgrade will occur on Thursday, you can be absolutely certain (p=0.99) that it wont.

I know this is extremely trivial in the scheme of things, but please choose a nice theme for the new forum.  :p
