Does VTAC ever open early? lol

If it says Round 4 offers will be released 12pm tomorrow is there any chance they'll be available before that? Lol, I cannot even wait another 20 hours.

Not that I've heard of.  But that's only because everyone's had difficulty getting on since it lagged and/or crashed.

Having said that, do keep in mind that mid year transfers are less in number and this is the first time UoM has decided to outsource it to VTAC.

Congrats.  Welcome to UoM.  :) 

1.  Accept your offer.
2.  Activate username and select password.
3.  Activate email
4.  Log into Student Portal
5.  Create student timetable (uni starts in less than two weeks)!
