Hey guyz,
Wondering if anyone knows where I can get my hands on free past A+ essays for text response, language analysis or context study? Are there any sites out there that have some? Thx!

I don't know about any websites but you can buy these essay books that contain high, medium and low scoring essays for each english text.
2008: English , Business Management , IT: Applications , Further Maths , Studio Arts
2009: Monash University

Your teacher probably has quite a few. Ask for some photocopies, but he/she will probably give you some throughout the term anyway I guess.

do NOT buy these, i bought them for LBW and Man For all Seasons- they are wayy too many 'medium' range essays. why would i want to read half baked essays!  >:(

the sample essays in study guides such as neap are a lot higher quality (as they are written by proffessionals/examiners). the downside is that there's only one essay.

There is this website, www.tsfx.com.au, which has excellent resources and sample A+ essays for every subject from English to even Mathematics! All you have to do is sign up to VCE lodge, but the downside is, I think you have to wait two weeks to get a password and user name :(

But ultimately, it is well worth the wait, and you will benefit greatly from it!

Or you can ask me and I will be happy to send you some of my A to A+ essays ;)

I have one for A Man for All Seasons, but unfortunately, I don't study any of those other texts or films... I could send it to you if you like.

Oh, and also at this address http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/studies/english/englishexams.html, when you click on past exam assessment reports, they have excellent past exam samples, which are usually of higher range, and some are even relevant to what we are studying right now.
