lol i reckon you'll do good elaine since you got 50 in bus management. Out book also goes fairly well with the study design. I don't read or do any of the crap that's in gray of whatever, so useless!

Our book is really bad :(. I try to go through my study guides as much as possible. And the dot points on the study design are really excellent resources!

arghh i so need to buy some sort A+ notes goodluck though. hopefully we get over 40 :D  Can i also add, how many chapter have you got left. I just got juries or chapter 12 on aldous and thas it; then it's revision.

Lol, the chances of me getting over 40 in Legal are just as likely as the chances of me passing methods :(

We are up to VCAT, ADR's, juries, the stuff that adhered to my memory from last year. In other words, the simple and fun topics :smitten:

what book? Justice and Outcomes was good as!
Sometimes could have been more concise but I'd rather have info than have a lack of it

Hey SICK MUZZA lol

Give us some more info. What school do you go to? (Can evaluate the strength of your cohort) How many students study Legal in your year level?
Do you think you can get around the top 10% in the state on the exam?

i go to yarra valley grammar in ringwood. its a pretty smart class, im only in year 11, but theres about 20 doing legal 3/4.

i hope to get in about top 10% on exam, but the structure is a lot different to our sacs from what i have seen on previous exams.

At the end of each aos my teacher gives us a sheet of questions for exam revision, we do it, hand it up to her, she corrects it and hands it back to us to make changes. She corrects end of year exams so she says she knows what they look for. Also we hardly ever use the textbook except for questions, she gives us handouts and stuff instead. She's probably the most boring teacher i;ve ever had, but she's actually a really good teacher.
We just finished post-trial procedures, and are doing juries then civil and adversary.

OMG
The text book was my god last year. Highlighting FTW. Your teacher is spazo lol.

Nah she sounds cool, but don't underestimate the usefullness of the text, especiually if you are using Justice and Outcomes. It's so thorough :)

My text book is really bad... Making and Breaking the Law. My teacher just photocopies pages out of Insight outcomes, because he can't be bothered explaining the technical jargon in the book (which doesn't make sense most of the time).
