hey,
this is the prompt for encountering conflict on the sample paper for 2008

i have planned my discussion
1) Causes more important than affect- using an example from the Crucible to support- Proctor Marriage-
2) Causes can be irrelevant- Crucible/ girls dancing heathen in the forest..irrelevant to the innocent lives that were taken/ using Secret River n the treatment of the indigenous Australians- it was the outcome that was most important
3)Cause and Affects play an equal battle field- still need an example..any ideas?>
my texts are The Crucible and The secret River
i thought it would be good if we could have a thread on English..seeing as it is THE MOST IMPORTANT VCE SUBJECT..lol
