if you dont meet the requirements eg FORMS... u cannot put that preference down

for example. a tafe course i chose was  *justice @ RMIT tafe* you need to put a supplimentary form by the 30th of october. but if i didnt hand that in, i couldnt put it down for a course

*Specialist Maths.
*Maths Methods.
*Chemistry.
*Legal Studies.
*English.

As if this is a place where people dont laugh at your ENTER.

ENTER does not determine how smart you are. so you can STFU now...thanks
also, PM ME if you have a problem. bring up a problem which CONCERNS ME only, not half of VN who also do the same action.
thanks

so wait, you can add preferences after you get your enter. so, and im probably missing something obvious, what's the point of putting in your preferences now? (thats if your courses don't have extra requirements like the one mentioned above this post)

VTAC needs your data early so that they can determine your ENTER (remembering that they are the ones who calculate it). Also, if everyone added preferences within that one week after results, the server would probably be achingly slow, much like it is when everyone tries to access the VTAC website on results day. I think most people don't change their preferences at all after entering them, so it makes sense to have a lag on the time you can put them in. Other applications, such as for scholarships/special consideration, etc. might also have to be in early.

Faculties that set their own entrance exams or interviews need to know who wants to apply to their course as well

more time to think about it aswell? If you just had that one week to choose what career you wanted !
