Unit 4 Folios

yeah i do, i have 3 weeks left and nothing to show for however many weeks we have had, talk about doomed.

how much have you done in terms of pages and final presentations?

there not really like stuck in or anything my guess would be 6 including research lol, i changed my mind the other day though and ripped out around 9 pages...

Hahah, is it just me or do the majority of viz comm students always seem to suffer from severe procrastination? From past experience only 1 or 2 kids in my class have kept up to date with those annoying authentication checks and haven't kept the teacher back 'til 11pm finalising their products or folios. Which is ironic considering that meeting deadlines is such a crucial part of the trade this subject is associated with.

we don't have authentication checks either. Nah i've finished everything all it's left is my third piece for a bit of rub in the face, i.e. an envelope to put my invo in. good luck to all of you. YAY 2 weeks of free time.

lol yer you're like me, keep up to date. majority of my class are like falling behind quite badly, so i'm ranked first. yay.

oh yes and one more thing, with vis comm, does the exam mark affect the moderation of your sac mark just as much? I mean the sacs or SAT's are worth more than the exam. So how could the exam change your SAT scores, i.e. get a A on exam while getting A+'s on the SAT's and your're ranked first and that's the highest exam score in your class, and then get the A as your SAT or SAC score's. That would be bs because clearly the folios take a lot of time and shouldn't be moderated by an exam.

School-assessed coursework, school assessed task and an end-of-year examination:
•   Unit 3 school-assessed coursework: 33 per cent
•   Unit 4 school-assessed task: 33 per cent
•   Units 3 and 4 examination: 34 per cent.

ilikeschool&hard; Well good on yous (: Just sit back and laugh at the others while they tear out their hair and contemplate suicide as a viable option, its quite amusing really.
And about the exams, don't take them lightly! They play a huge part in determining your study score. My friend who had perfect sac/sat marks all year long, bombed in the exams, earning her a meager 35 when she deserved so much more. ): I know it's weird to have your whole year's work compared to several hours worth of worksheets, but that's just the way it is. =\

i think that your first folio (the sac) can be affected by the exam
i dont think the second (the sat) can be though... im not 100% sure though
