Yeah, I've been thinking of going.. I have heard VCTA isn't the best but I still think it would be beneficial.

Saturday 13 September 2008 (9.15am–11.45am)

Session 1: 9.15–10.00 am
Preparation Strategies for the Examination
Presenter: Steve Barrile, The Grange P-12 College
This session will clarify the exact demands
of the end-of-year examination in VCE
Business Management. This includes
analysis of the criteria to set the paper, the
style of questions and the requirements
for highest level responses. A range of
strategies for the build-up period over the
coming two months will be provided with
an emphasis on a planned, methodical
and comprehensive approach.

Session 2: 10.00–10.45 am
Unit 3 in Focus
Presenter: Angela Diamantopoulos,
Gladstone Park Secondary College
Angela will provide a concise overview
of the content of Unit 3. Key concepts,
terminology, issues and management
strategies from across the unit will be
reinforced with a particular emphasis on
common student misunderstandings.
Sample exam questions will be highlighted
and linked to Unit 4.

Break: 10.45–11.00 am

Session 3: 11.00–11.45 am
Unit 4 in Focus
Presenter: Alan Wharton, Caulfield
Grammar School – Wheelers Hill Campus
Alan will provide a concise overview of
the content of Unit 4. Key concepts,
terminology, issues and management
strategies from across the unit will be
reinforced and sample questions related to
this part of the course highlighted. Possible
links back to Unit 3 content found in exam
style questions will also be explored.
