Mr Kelly = Awesome

I totally hate the fact that my school didn't have enough people to do Software development, probably could have gotten 40+ with him aswell.

Answer is D, for it is a dodgy question it is still "the most correct answer"
TOP 4

Heh yeh thanks. He's pretty awesome, really knows his stuff through and through. One little thing is tho we don't get many practice exams because most of them he doesn't feel confident to give us because of their problems. He has no problems giving us his QAT ones at least.

lol I just did one of his QATs and it was the easiest IT exam i've ever done (compared to VITTA anyway).. It didn't really feel like an exam.. more like a homework task - even the multiple choice seemed too easy.

Yeh which one did you do? We've done alot of his QAT 2008 ones in class, and they are pretty good. Multiple choice my friends and I get nearly all but say 1 or 2 right. The short answer is slightly harder, but more of the same stuff. Know the basic concepts, and your already 3/4 the way there.

I did 2007 exam 1 - do you have any of his 2008 exams on your computer?

No sorry, he doesn't give us digital copies and I don't think I have the exams at home. I'll take a look though and might scan them if i have time tomorrow.

He is my teacher too. He really is one of the best teachers I have ever had.

He even enjoys a good joke now and then...

Hmm Mark Kelly may be wrong *world shatters*

haha i know... normally he is the one complaining about the VCAA examiners getting the answers wrong!

Haha I love this. Mark Kelly's my teacher, and he's always going on about how other exams are wrong.

Yeh that's cool as.

I had a 4 person IT class last year.

4 People! (This is for Software).

We had to get our SACS marked against a different school, of which we never found out who.

Sucks a bit, I know I was ranked number 1 in the class, but no idea about the other school.
Got A on the end of the year, but got a 40... Strange lol

yeah, all state teachers have the same email provider (@edumail...) so I just changed one of my teachers email address and rearranged it so it had Marks initials and surname  haha   *(it was his school email address, not that crappy one he has on his site)

Insight 2008 is a shocking paper. (i'm pretty sure its 2008)
its really software focused which the papers are not suppose to do. i.e. focuse on microsoft excel.
vitta ain't that great but there are alot of them if you can be bothered going through them.
I think checkpoint is the way to go :)

The software related questions on the Insight 08 were similar to what we did in our SAC.

Nah software related as in they focused on where things are on microsoft excel and stuff. The examiners aren't allowed to do that because excel is not a 'set' program for Info Tech Apps. Other schools might use other programs or different versions of the software. The insight paper for 2007 focused. Some schools including mine still only use 2003. So it would be really unfair to those students. Also the question about the mozilla firefox option windows was kinda dodged.
