Yeah, like costa said you would need to explain the connection fully..

Also, make sure that you don't just mention 'employee satisfaction' - this is a performance AREA and you would need to mention the specific performance INDICATORS that come underneath it. Hence, you would measure employee satisfaction through staff retention rates + staff absenteeism levels.
