probably the fact that...no matter how i tried i just couldn't apply my knowledge and answer questions properly and i ended up averaging a B+ in 1/2 so i dropped it hahaha

Hey guys, I'm new here.

I'm 15 and going on to year 10 at St. Bernards College. Am taking standard above-average subjects and hoping to get a degree somewhere in the field of commerce after year 12.

I didn't put my name.

Well it's a bit complicated there, I just got a late transfer to SBC, where I was lucky to get accepted at all, so I wasn't going to push for an advanced curricular subject, was lucky to get what I did.

You should be able to take a Unit 1+2 when you come to the school, most schools have a period of 'course-changing' so you could try then?

No you wouldn't be 'stuffed' at all.
Taking a 1+2 subject isn't hard at all, not only this.. but they don't contribute anything to your final score.

Nobody at my school does a Unit 1/2 in year 10 unless it's a LOTE (which is rare). It doesn't seem to hinder our school at all.

Also, don't worry about putting your name up. Not that I'm encouraging it, but for example, if someone actually wanted to work out who I was, they would only have to look up my vce results and find my name.

Well, after seeing the average score for last years VN class, it was a no brainer to join. Please consider it as though you are pulling me forward, rather than holding me back to quote Sheldon from TBBT.
