Ok so, I despise scaling because if I get the exact same raw scores that you get for your subjects for my subjects I get 75.75...

Is grumpy.

But it's easier to get the exact same raw scores in your subjects.

Ok I'm confused again

A study score is determined by your rank in an entire cohort.. correct? So approximately the same number of people will get 50's, 49's, 40's, 35's... etcetc. every year. If that is the case then if a subject is 'difficult' it really shouldn't affect study score scaling, because it would be just as hard for people to achieve certain rankings for that subject and hence the same raw scores amirite?

You're confusing 'difficult' in terms of course difficulty and cohort strength. Scaling occurs due to the COHORT being difficult to do well against, and in subjects like spesh, people in general are just smarter, so getting into the top 8% or so is much harder.

ENTER: 99.70

its measured by competition, VTAC somehow does it...
I never bothered to read up on it, just took for granted that it works in my favour :P

    for all but really small studies [Latin, Music Styles,etc,] the allocation of 50s, 49s etc is fixed. 0.3% get 50, i think
       yeah and what shinjitsuzx said

Predict your study scores on the ENTER calc and screenshot if you can be bothered :P Just a bit of fun.

Here's mine:

Hope I can improve on English/French/Methods to get 96!

With my 4 subjects, maybe something like:

Literature   38 ---> 39
Health and Human Development (2006) 48 --> 47.2
Psychology   44 --->   43.8
Biology 38---> 39

Aggregate: 169
ENTER: 93.25

I'm not really sure though. I honestly have no idea what to expect.
