I think RMIT is a bit quiet compared to Melbourne and Monash, in that department

Architecture!  Aww Im in this thread!  Im not sure onlyfknhuman, Iv put down Environments Melb down first, then RMIT, followed by Monash and Deakin?  Whats best?  Im in the same position as you, anyone 'in the know' with architecture courses?

Any advice much appreciated!  ^^

By the way, with the architecture course at RMIT, selection is through design test thing and interview, do they take the enter score into account?  Or do they pick their students through those two processes?   Answers, shared thoughts would be much appreciated!

From Newbie interested in architecture

i'd presume selection would be based just on design test and interview, however in saying that ENTER will be of some influence, it's not likely they'll pick someone with a less than 50 enter score.

I am under the impression RMIT is the best for architecture, they are building a new design hub, which is meant to be fantastic and boost industry partners. Although i guess it's all personal preference as to what the best uni is

Thank you clinton_09 for your reply to our ask of help.

I dont mind going to RMIT except I really dont like the environment, theres like NOT A TREE on campus!  Melbourne is much more pretty looking, in my opinion, but the course 'Environments' just makes me think of year 10 geography; doesnt sound very creative, design based .  I dont know, just have to wait and see what enter I get I sppose, but knowing that RMIT doesnt choose students solely on enter makes me feel better...just incase I dont get the much desired 85!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha yeh i know what you mean, melbourne uni is really nice looking. I considered doing bach of environments and majoring in construction but chose RMIT because of their work integrated learning and also i preferred the course structure more.

BY Monday or ON Monday? I thought BY Monday was BEFORE Monday and not ON Monday. No difference though? :(

on the sheet, it says 'by' Monday 24 November, I assume by=on same, as long as it arrives before closing time 5pm.
