So, now that the exam is over, what is everone's english SS predictions?

im hoping for a 35+

i was hoping i could fluke a 40 but thats not going to happen so im hoping 35+ but will prob get 33 or less

I'm hoping for 40 - 45 but its so hard to tell how you're going to be marked! I thought I did well on the language analysis but my Romulus essay may not have been long enough... Also not sure if my newspaper opinion piece was too pedestrian, my opinions were a bit basic but we'll see!! Not much I can do now I suppose hehe

Only would've written 650 words for each section, was hoping for ~800. Also, I think my analysis lacked alot of depth, and when I look back I feel like I was "summarising" far too much.

Anyway, not the end of the world. I was expecting about 32-33 at the start of the year so I guess I'm still sorta happy. English never was a strong point.

How about you costa? Must be a chance for 40+

My sacs were fairly average (70%) but we are told it will get boosted up cause the School normally does well in exams.

If i get A+ for the exam, what am I looking at? Can i get 40?

hmm i dunno, im doing esl. but everyone doing esl at mhs would probably do well in english itself so, im not sure how many people around the state are 'cheating' (for lack of a better word) the system. we only have 7 people doing it too, so im not sure how that will affect sac scores. the exam was easy this year i reckon (and i did a grand total of one exam for practise), so that will increase the cutoff for the A+.
so i reckon a calculated guess for me would be high 30's, hoping for 40 atleast but.

Averaged solid A throughout year, and did well in exam writing 4-5 pages for each section, getting really lucky with the sect A prompts
