Why is Core Q3 B and not C?

i did the 25% of 79-7
and then added the 7 outliers

For Core Q3, I wasnt sure how to handle it because I've only ever seen the percentage of the box and whiskers if there have been no outliers, So  that's why i picked C but it was a pure guess.

Networks - Q7 is C if you use the v + f - e = 2 rule.

for core Q3, its B because all data values after Q3 count for 25% of the total number of figures.

even if you added those 7 outliers, 25% of 79 + 7 = 26.7 or something which rounds off to 27. that isn't even an option.

Yeah I just noticed the same thing with one of my answers as well.. not a good feeling :S
I guess the main thing is, we all tried our best, did everything we could, and its over now so time to move on and focus on wednesday? lol
