It's a beautiful day today, get outside and do some exercise

I find that running is a great way to refresh the mind and it keeps you fit too. Plus, the shower after a run is an extra bonus, it's so refreshing and will make you feel great, perhaps even in the mood to study again

Thats rubbish. The VCAA and people who write the exams don't think "lets make the exam really hard to prevent people doing medicine! Because everyone who does methods MUST want to do medicine". Nobody except the people who write the exam know what is going to be on it, so that is just a rumour.
